Supply and Fit Vaillant EcoFit Pure 830 |(30kw) combination boiler. 10 years warranty included when serviced yearly. Boiler to be fitted with a rear flue allowing us to raise the height of the boiler. Currently fitted scaffolding can be used to make good the flue hole.
Supply and Fit Honeywell wireless heating thermostat.
Supply and Fit condense neutralizer to avoid corrosion to the section of copper waste pipe.
Supply and Fit Vaillant magnetic filter the the heating return pipe as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Supply and Fit mains shock arrestor to incoming mains as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Supply and Fit limescale reducer on the mains fed to the boiler.
Heating system to be flushed using chemicals and a magnetic filter.
Replace all radiator valve with new Honeywell thermostatic valves and locksheild.
Boiler to be fully registered with Vaillant and Gas Safe.
Full flush of the heating system using a Kamco CF90 power flush pump.
Kamco magnets will be used to collect system debris whilst the flush is being carried out.
Radiators will be individually flushed until clean.
Heating system will be refilled, vented and tested.
The correct levels of system inhibitor will be added back to the system to prevent iron oxide from building up again.
Cut away existing gas outlet pipe.
Relocate the gas meter as far back to the corner as the regulator pipe will allow.
Reconfigure hot water supply pipe that runs from the kitchen cupboard and through the hall way. The dead leg will be removed by doing this and the new single pipe will run at the highest point allowing a smaller boxing to be made in the future.
